General provisions<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">1.1 Poskytovate\u013e poskytuje ubytovanie formou kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho a\/alebo dlhodob\u00e9ho pren\u00e1jmu cel\u00e9ho objektu Anna Sela.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">1.2 The contractual relationship between the Provider and the Client is established upon confirmation of the booking and payment of the price of the stay.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">1.3 The subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation in the agreed time and scope.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>2. Reservation and contract formation<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">2.1 Bookings can be made by email or via the booking form on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/annasela.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">www.annasela.com<\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">2.2 The reservation is binding only after the full amount of the stay has been paid to the provider's account.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">2.3 In the event of non-payment within the stipulated time, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">2.4 The client is obliged to specify the exact number of persons when booking. Changes in the number of persons must be notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Late changes will not be accepted.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>3. Price and payment terms<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">3.1 The rental price is based on the client's requirements and the current price list published on the website.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">3.2 Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the Provider's account upon confirmation of the booking.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">3.3 Cash is collected on boarding:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">refundable deposit: <span class=\"s1\"><b>100 \u20ac<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">one-off cleaning fee: <span class=\"s1\"><b>30 \u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">3.4 The price includes all standard charges for the use of the property, except for travel insurance.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>4. Client's rights and obligations<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">4.1 The client has the right to the provision of accommodation within the agreed scope.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">4.2 The Client shall:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">use the building in accordance with good manners and follow the instructions of the administrator,<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">pay for the stay in full in advance,<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">to hand over the object in its original condition, taking into account normal wear and tear,<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">report any damage or defects to the Administrator without delay.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">4.3 The Client is liable for damages to the property caused by his\/her own fault or the fault of persons using the property with him\/her.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">4.4 In the event of damage, a report will be drawn up. The cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced - with a due date of 10 days.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">4.5 The Client may not use his\/her own electrical appliances, except for common personal devices (e.g. mobile phone, laptop, shaver).<\/p><p class=\"p3\">4.6 The client is obliged to assess his\/her health in relation to the nature of the stay. The accommodation is used <span class=\"s2\"><b>on your own responsibility<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>5. Rights and obligations of the provider<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">5.1 The Provider is obliged to ensure the proper handover of the building, its equipment and the functionality of the basic services.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">5.2 In the event of a breakdown, damage or unforeseen event, the Client is entitled to propose an alternative solution or term.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">5.3 The Provider is not liable for the health condition of the Client or for damages caused by improper use of the facility.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>6. Cancellation policy<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">6.1 Cancellation of a reservation by the client is subject to the following fees:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">more than 45 days before your stay - <span class=\"s1\"><b>no fee<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">31 to 45 days before the stay - <span class=\"s1\"><b>50 % of the accommodation price<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">15 to 30 days before the stay - <span class=\"s1\"><b>80 % of the accommodation price<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">14 days or less - <\/span><b>100 % of the accommodation price<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">6.2 Rescheduling is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same terms and conditions.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">6.3 Changing the Client's name is free of charge but must be notified in advance.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">6.4 In the event that the property cannot be handed over (e.g. due to an accident), the provider has the right to cancel the reservation and offer an alternative date or a full refund.<\/p><hr \/><h3><b>7. Complaints policy<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">7.1 If the quality of the services does not correspond to the agreed conditions, the client has the right to make a complaint.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">7.2 Complaints shall be settled in accordance with the Complaints Procedure in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">7.3 The following are not considered legitimate claims:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">damages caused by the client,<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">cases excluded from insurance coverage,<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to the contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><b>8. Final provisions<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">8.1 The Client also agrees to comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/annasela.com\/en\/accommodation-regulations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Accommodation Regulations<\/b><\/span><\/a>, which forms part of these terms and conditions.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">8.2 These terms and conditions are published on <a href=\"https:\/\/annasela.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">www.annasela.com<\/a> and are binding for all clients from the moment of booking confirmation.<\/p><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
